Job Responsibility:
Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings
Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence with professionalism
Maintain accurate filing systems and organize office records
Support accounts payable/receivable and expense reporting
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Welcome guests and provide outstanding customer service
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
