Job Responsibility:
Perform general clerical duties, including filing, data entry, and managing correspondence
schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
answer and direct phone calls
greet and assist visitors
manage office supplies and inventory
support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all work performed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
additional coursework or certification is a plus
previous administrative or office support experience preferred
proficiency with MS Office Suite and general office equipment
strong organizational and time management skills
excellent written and verbal communication abilities
ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
