We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to support our client's team in Long Island City, New York. This role involves managing administrative tasks efficiently while contributing to the coordination of construction-related activities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support in construction and be comfortable working with data entry and spreadsheets.
Job Responsibility:
Perform general administrative duties, including filing, organizing documents, and managing correspondence
Maintain accurate records and ensure data entry tasks are completed with precision
Utilize spreadsheets and computer software to track and analyze information
Support construction administration by coordinating documentation and ensuring compliance with procedures
Monitor and manage vehicle fleet systems to ensure smooth operations
Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Assist in scheduling and calendar management for project-related tasks
Prepare reports and summaries based on collected data and observations
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to address inquiries
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a related role
Proficiency in using computer software, including spreadsheets and databases
Familiarity with construction administration tasks and procedures is preferred
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
