Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for handling document control in support of management.

Job Responsibility

  • Answer emails and direct phone calls to the appropriate people
  • Assist with weekly timecards
  • Data entry
  • Order office supplies/jobsite materials
  • Basic IT requests
  • Execute/sort incoming and outgoing mail and packages
  • Invoice Coding and knowledge of cost codes
  • Assist in new hire onboarding
  • Manage site badging for field employees
  • General office administrative duties
  • Additional tasks as needed

Requirements

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Exceptional organization skills
  • Self-motivated and willing to face new challenges
  • Work diplomatically with Project Manager, QA/QC, Division Office, Field, and Client
  • Honest, thorough, accurate, with a close attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
  • Willingness to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
