Our client in Windsor, Connecticut is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support their team. This role reports directly to the Project Manager and is ideal for someone who is highly organized, computer savvy, and comfortable handling a variety of administrative tasks.
Job Responsibility
Provide general administrative support to the team and Project Manager
Draft letters and prepare correspondence
Manage email communications and assist with routine follow-up
Prepare mailings and coordinate outgoing correspondence
Create, update, and format documents in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Support reporting and other office-related projects as needed
Requirements
Prior administrative support experience preferred
Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and email
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
