We are looking for a proactive Administrative Assistant to support daily business operations in Torrance, California. Job Responsibility
Manage front desk activity, greet visitors, answer inbound calls, and direct inquiries in a helpful and attentive manner
Handle invoice processing and provide administrative support for billing follow-up and collection-related tasks
Maintain accurate filing systems, records, and business documentation to support efficient day-to-day operations
Assist with employee onboarding materials and help keep personnel documentation organized and up to date
Prepare and distribute internal notices, updates, and routine communications across teams
Coordinate meetings, company gatherings, and other internal or external events, including scheduling and logistical support
Monitor office equipment, track fixed assets, and help ensure workplace resources are properly documented
Manage supply inventory, submit purchase orders as needed, and keep the office stocked for daily use
Provide general administrative assistance, data entry, and cross-functional support to departments throughout the organization
Requirements
Prior experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist-focused role is preferred
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English with the ability to interact effectively with employees, clients, and vendors
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, stay organized, and meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Detail-oriented approach with strong customer service skills and a dependable attitude toward daily responsibilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Experience with data entry and familiarity with accounting or administrative software is an advantage
