Job Responsibility
Create and edit PowerPoint presentations
Manage Outlook calendars, emails, and correspondence
Perform accurate data entry in Excel spreadsheets
Assist with the development and formatting of marketing materials
Support general administrative and office operations as needed
Requirements
Minimum 1+ years of administrative or office experience
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Strong data entry and spreadsheet management skills
Experience creating or formatting marketing materials
Familiarity with Canva, or the technical aptitude to learn it quickly
Professional communication skills and strong attention to detail
