We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Richmond, Virginia. In this long-term contract position, you will play a vital role in supporting daily operations by ensuring smooth communication, accurate documentation, and efficient data management. Job Responsibility:
Translate written documents and verbal communications between English and Spanish to facilitate clear understanding
Handle sensitive client information with discretion and maintain confidentiality at all times
Assist caseworkers and team members with clerical duties, including filing, organizing, and data entry
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of client-related tasks and requests
Respond to inbound calls, providing accurate information and directing inquiries to the appropriate parties
Perform receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Ensure all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and in compliance with organizational standards
Keep records and documentation organized for easy access by authorized personnel
Support the team in maintaining an organized and welcoming office environment
Monitor and prioritize incoming requests to ensure deadlines are met
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role
Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with data entry processes and office software applications
Experience managing inbound calls and providing excellent customer service
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a busy work environment
