Seeking a part time Administrative Assistant to serve as the primary administrator of the LinkedIn Learning member benefit by working with members and staff in both the Education and Career Development and Membership and Strategic Engagement units. The incumbent reports to the Portfolio Manager, Institute Content Team.
Job Responsibility:
Monitor the progress of license activations and deactivate licenses as set by business rules
Monitor LinkedIn Learning inbox and respond to questions
Organize staff meetings, as necessary, regarding LinkedIn Learning. Attend scheduled meetings with LinkedIn staff
Maintain central storage of important LinkedIn Learning documents
