Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support to office staff and leadership
Answer phones, respond to emails, and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and coordinate appointments
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
Perform data entry, filing, and recordkeeping tasks
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and office communications
Order office supplies and help maintain an organized workspace
Assist with additional administrative projects and support duties as needed
Requirements:
Previous administrative assistant, office support, or related experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
