Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a long-term contract basis in Old Bridge, New Jersey. This role is fully on-site and requires someone comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks effectively. If you have a strong background in administrative support and proficiency with tools like Microsoft Excel and Outlook, we encourage you to apply.

Job Responsibility:

Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated records in Excel spreadsheets
Order and manage office supplies to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Operate the truck scale, generate tickets, and print them for drivers
Handle scanning, copying, and filing of documents to support administrative processes
Update and organize existing Excel sheets as needed
Interact with truck drivers professionally and ensure efficient scale operations
Assist with general office tasks to maintain a productive work environment

Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry and basic spreadsheet updates
Familiarity with Microsoft Outlook for email and scheduling tasks
Ability to quickly learn and operate AX systems (training provided)
Strong multitasking skills to handle various administrative duties efficiently
Comfort interacting with truck drivers and working with a truck scale
Capability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and meet deadlines
Attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure accuracy in tasks
