Job Responsibility:
Prepare suit and judgment packages with accuracy and attention to detail
Utilize spreadsheets for basic data organization and management
Perform judgment entries and ensure proper documentation
Calculate bank and wage amounts efficiently and correctly
Run and interpret queries to support various administrative processes
Manage calendars and schedule appointments effectively
Draft thorough responses to client inquiries
Assist with audit preparation by organizing relevant documentation and data
Provide general support for administrative tasks and office operations
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative support or office management
Proficiency in data entry and handling spreadsheets
Ability to answer inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Familiarity with receptionist duties and front office operations
Capability to draft clear and detail-oriented communications
Experience with managing calendars and scheduling
Knowledge of audit preparation and related tasks is a plus
