Job Responsibility:
Greet and assist visitors and clients, providing a welcoming atmosphere and high-quality service

Organize, scan, and file both physical and electronic documents, supporting efficient record-keeping and retrieval
Handle copying and distribution of materials as needed to facilitate office operations
Conduct accurate data entry and assist with maintaining company databases
Collaborate with colleagues to support various administrative needs and contribute to team success
Maintain an orderly and professional workspace that promotes productivity
Monitor office supply levels and coordinate replenishment and purchasing when required
