We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily operations in an office environment that values attention to detail. Job Responsibility:
Manage and maintain office organization, including scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments
Answer and direct inbound calls with accuracy and courtesy
Perform data entry tasks to ensure information is updated and organized
Provide receptionist support, including greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Assist with document preparation, filing, and record management
Coordinate office supplies and ensure inventory is stocked appropriately
Support team members with administrative tasks to optimize productivity
Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders
Handle confidential information with discretion and care
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and managing front desk operations
Skilled in data entry with attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
