We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Tustin, California. In this role, you will play a key part in managing essential administrative tasks and ensuring the smooth handling of documentation processes. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy.
Job Responsibility:
Organize and process loan-related documents efficiently and accurately
Input and update data into computer systems, ensuring all records are current and error-free
Communicate effectively with custodians and other stakeholders to coordinate document management
Maintain and organize files to ensure easy access and retrieval of critical information
Assist in general administrative tasks to support the team’s daily operations
Monitor and manage backlogged files, ensuring timely processing and resolution
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Handle inquiries and provide updates on document status as needed
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks
Support the team with other duties as assigned to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative roles, preferably in the mortgage industry
Proficiency in data entry and computer applications
Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail
Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal
Familiarity with document management systems or similar tools
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
