Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to office leadership and staff
Answer phones, greet visitors, and route calls appropriately
Schedule appointments, meetings, and maintain calendars
Prepare correspondence, reports, and other documents
Maintain organized filing systems and update office records
Order office supplies and assist with inventory tracking
Support data entry and general clerical tasks
Assist with special projects and day-to-day office coordination
Requirements:
Previous administrative or office support experience preferred
Experience with answering multi-line phones
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
