We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Crystal Lake, Illinois. This is a contract-to-permanent position and experience within the property management industry is required. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, organizing documents, and maintaining records
Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members
Perform data entry tasks with precision to ensure accuracy and completeness
Greet visitors and manage receptionist duties, creating a welcoming environment
Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Suite tools to prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence
Coordinate office activities, ensuring smooth daily operations and timely communication
Support property management-related tasks and assist in maintaining property records
Conduct follow-ups and respond to client inquiries in a timely manner
Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows and improve efficiency
Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant and within the property management industry
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Google Suite applications
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle incoming calls and provide attentive customer service
Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
Adaptability and willingness to learn new tools or software
Nice to have:
Prior experience with Buildium software
