Our client in Dorval is currently looking for an administrative assistant to work at a company in Vaudreuil The admin assistant will be responsible for various administrative tasks and greet guests within the organization. The candidate will provide support and work closely with the Assistant President - HR Manager, support data entry for the warranty department as well as perform general office administrative tasks. The candidate must be fluently bilingual in English and French. This candidate may have other task that are required on the job.
Job Responsibility:
Answering telephone and directing callers to the appropriate person within the organization
Manages inventory of various kitchen and office supplies
Organizes workstation setup with phones, computers, etc
Data entry for the sales ops department
Performing other admin tasks to support the HR & Operations Director
Requirements:
Excellent administrative and organizational skills
Detail oriented and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Proficiency in Outlook and Excel
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
Fluently bilingual in English and French
