We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Santa Barbara, California on a contract basis. Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls with professionalism and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy to ensure proper documentation and record-keeping
Manage and organize office files, ensuring easy accessibility and compliance with organizational standards
Provide receptionist support by welcoming visitors and addressing their needs
Coordinate scheduling and maintain calendars for meetings and appointments
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other office materials as needed
Order and maintain office supplies to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with team members to support various administrative projects
Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information and records
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in administrative support or a similar role
Proficiency in managing incoming calls and providing excellent customer service
Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with general office procedures and administrative tasks
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a dynamic environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in using office software and tools such as Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent is required
