We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide contract support for a two-week contract position in Culver City, California. This role involves assisting with a variety of administrative tasks to ensure smooth daily operations, including supporting property management functions and handling tenant-related inquiries. The position is ideal for someone with experience in property management or homeowners associations, though experienced administrative professionals are encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibility:
Perform data entry, organize files, and maintain an orderly office environment
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as manage deliveries efficiently
Schedule and coordinate vendor services and maintenance activities
Assist with property inspections and oversee maintenance-related tasks
Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Organize and maintain accurate records related to administrative and property management activities
Support meeting coordination and ensure timely communication with stakeholders
Collaborate with vendors to ensure smooth and timely service deliveries
Provide general administrative support to ensure seamless daily operations
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative roles, with a preference for property management or HOA experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in office software and tools, including word processing and spreadsheets
Familiarity with property management processes or tenant relations is highly desirable
Detail-oriented and customer service-focused approach
Ability to work independently while also supporting team collaboration
