We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to support our client. This contract position requires a proactive individual with exceptional organizational skills to manage administrative tasks efficiently. The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining smooth operations by handling paperwork, correspondence, and data management with precision.
Job Responsibility:
Work heavily within Excel to track compliance
Update an Excel spreadsheet with client information
Take data and pull it into reports to share with the team
Organize and process a high volume of administrative paperwork, including forms, documents, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and timely completion
Monitor deadlines and follow up on incomplete tasks to maintain operational efficiency
Perform data entry and manage records using appropriate tools and systems
Generate reports to support organizational needs and compliance requirements
Respond to inquiries regarding documentation with professionalism and clarity
Coordinate administrative functions across departments to foster collaboration and information flow
Assist with general office tasks
Support the organization by adapting to evolving priorities and completing additional administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
Demonstrated experience in administrative roles, particularly handling large volumes of paperwork
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Skilled in managing time effectively and prioritizing tasks in a dynamic environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Familiarity with database systems and recordkeeping tools
Nice to have:
Ideally comfortability doing Pivot Tables
