Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support operations in an office environment. This role is well suited to someone who brings strong organizational skills, confidence with Microsoft Office, and an interest in working closely with tax and accounting-related teams while remaining focused on administration. Job Responsibility

  • Manage calendars, coordinate schedules, and arrange internal meetings to keep daily operations organized and efficient
  • Prepare, update, and maintain benefits-related records, administrative documents, and correspondence with a high degree of accuracy
  • Use Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to track information, compile reports, and support routine office processes
  • Respond to email inquiries professionally and ensure timely follow-up with employees, vendors, and internal stakeholders
  • Provide administrative support to teams in an office setting, helping maintain smooth communication and workflow
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks, including organizing documentation, monitoring deadlines, and supporting related office procedures

Requirements
