We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Bronx, New York. Job Responsibility:
Handle incoming calls professionally and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date records
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
Manage reception duties, including greeting visitors and addressing their needs
Organize and maintain files, documents, and office supplies
Assist in scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings
Communicate effectively with team members and external contacts
Prepare reports, correspondence, and other documents as needed
Monitor and respond to emails promptly to ensure timely resolutions
Support other administrative tasks as assigned to meet organizational needs
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a related role
Strong proficiency in answering and managing inbound calls
Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with general administrative office tasks and procedures
Effective communication and customer service abilities
Ability to multitask and prioritize workload efficiently
Proficiency in using office software such as Microsoft Office Suite
High school diploma or equivalent
