Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations
Manage and respond to inbound calls, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals
Perform accurate data entry tasks to maintain organized and up-to-date records
Assist in receptionist duties, including greeting visitors and managing front desk activities
Organize and maintain office files, documents, and supplies to promote a tidy workspace
Coordinate schedules and appointments to support team productivity
Handle basic correspondence, including drafting emails and letters as needed
Support office staff with ad hoc administrative tasks to meet deadlines
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and workflow
Uphold confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support or a similar role
Strong ability to manage inbound calls and provide excellent customer service
Proficiency in data entry with a high level of accuracy
Familiarity with receptionist duties and front desk operations
