We have partnered with a non-profit organization on their search for an Administrative Assistant with prior experience with software implementations and audit preparation. This Administrative Assistant will maintain and update internal records, draft and distribute internal and external communications, prepare meeting materials, create event agendas, cover the reception area as needed, and assist other staff with administrative tasks. The ideal Administrative Assistant should have a technical aptitude for database systems, strong attention to detail and experience working in a professional services environment.
Job Responsibility:
Organize, schedule, and confirm appointments/meetings
Track and analyze accounting data
Coordinate conference calls
Calendar Management
Benefits Administration
Draft internal/external correspondence
Point of contact for outside vendors
Provide research as needed
Maintain and update internal records
Draft and distribute internal and external communications
Prepare meeting materials
Create event agendas
Cover the reception area as needed
Assist other staff with administrative tasks
Requirements:
2+ years of administrative and HRIS support expertise
Paycor and/or ADP software experience preferred
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Preferably a Bachelors degree in Business Administration or similar (NOT required)
Technical aptitude for database systems
Strong attention to detail
Experience working in a professional services environment
