Job Responsibility:
Managing complex calendars and coordinating internal and external meetings
Preparing reports, correspondence, and executive presentations
Handling confidential documents and maintaining secure filing systems
Supporting departmental budgeting and expense tracking
Acting as liaison between leadership, vendors, and internal staff
Coordinating travel, scheduling, and high-level administrative logistics
Assisting with process improvements to enhance office efficiency

Requirements:
3+ years of administrative experience in a professional setting
