Administrative assistant

• Support the general administrative tasks of the HOD office in particular in the work areas of programme support, business and digital coordination
• Write, edit, proofread documents such as reports, presentations, memos
• Support meeting organisation
• Keep up to date complex internal monitoring tables in excel and sharepoint
• Partially support on tasks temporarily inherited from the ED office, i.e. support to the content organisation for school visits (preparation of power points under the supervision of a scientific officers, contact with requestors, with EFSA units dealing with the logistics aspects etc)
• Dealing with external stakeholders

• Excellent knowledge of English (at least B2 level)
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in performing various administrative tasks within international organisations
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
• Previous experience in interaction in Italian with different stakeholders would be considered an asset
• Behavioural competencies: customer oriented, excellent team player, ability to switch quickly from one task to the other
