Job Responsibility:
Greet visitors and manage front desk operations with professionalism
Organize and maintain documentation through filing and scanning processes

Handle inbound calls and provide accurate information or assistance
Perform data entry tasks with precision to maintain up-to-date records
Coordinate administrative activities to support the team effectively
Ensure the office environment remains organized and presentable
Assist with receptionist duties, including scheduling and appointment management
Monitor and replenish office supplies as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative support roles
Strong proficiency in handling inbound calls and receptionist responsibilities
Familiarity with data entry and document management systems
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
