We are looking for a dedicated and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Springdale, Arkansas. This Contract to permanent position plays a pivotal role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, handling data entry, and supporting team communication. Job Responsibility:

  • Perform a variety of administrative tasks, including filing, scanning, and document preparation, to support the team
  • Input, update, and maintain accurate data within databases and software systems, ensuring all information is up-to-date
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events while managing multiple calendars efficiently
  • Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and detailed summaries to ensure productive team discussions and conferences
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational support to internal teams, clients, and stakeholders
  • Organize and maintain accurate records, ensuring documents are readily accessible when needed
  • Handle email correspondence, ensuring timely and clear communication
  • Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and achieve organizational goals
  • Monitor and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively to maintain efficiency

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in administrative roles such as administrative assistant or office coordinator
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with scheduling tools or project management software is a plus
  • Experience with data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Strong customer service skills, including answering inbound and outbound calls and handling email correspondence
