We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our team in Metairie, Louisiana. This is a short-term contract to permanent position, offering an opportunity to grow within the organization while contributing to day-to-day administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will excel in communication, organization, and multitasking, ensuring smooth office operations.
Job Responsibility:
Manage incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate team members, including the collections team
Provide general clerical support, including filing, organizing, and document preparation
Perform accurate data entry and ensure records are up to date
Utilize Office 365 applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook to complete various tasks
Respond to email inquiries promptly and with attention to detail
Maintain a detail oriented and welcoming atmosphere for clients and colleagues
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication
Adhere to business casual dress code and demonstrate attention to detail in conduct
Support office operations by performing additional tasks as needed
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative roles, with a focus on customer service and clerical tasks
Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Ability to handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately
Competence in data entry with high accuracy
Capability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrates attention to detail and follows business casual dress standards
