Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support to a large group of field partners, assisting with expense report management and time entry
Coordinate and schedule training programs to ensure efficient delivery and participation
Oversee uniform orders, maintain inventory records, and track supplies accurately
Effectively prioritize tasks while managing frequent interruptions from calls and messages
Collaborate with construction team members, adapting assistance to meet specific needs
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure all records meet established standards
Support travel arrangements and logistics for field partners as required
Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls and inquiries
Execute data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
Serve as a reliable point of contact for office administrative duties and receptionist tasks
Requirements:
Previous experience in administrative assistance or a similar office support role
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities simultaneously
Familiarity with expense reporting and time entry systems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Advanced data entry skills and a commitment to maintaining accurate records
Experience supporting teams within the construction industry is preferred
