We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team and support daily operations located in the Greater Philadelphia Region. In this long-term contract role, you will play a key part in ensuring the smooth functioning of office activities while delivering exceptional administrative support. Job Responsibility:
Provide comprehensive administrative support to maintain efficient office operations
Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure records and databases are updated regularly
Manage receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors and handling front desk responsibilities
Organize and maintain office documents, files, and supplies to support team productivity
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments for staff members
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other business documentation
Handle correspondence, including emails and letters, with attention to detail
Support event planning and logistics for exhibitions and other industry-related activities
Collaborate with team members to improve administrative processes and workflows
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong proficiency in answering inbound calls and managing phone systems
Familiarity with administrative office practices and procedures
Excellent data entry skills with high attention to accuracy
Strong organizational skills to manage files, schedules, and supplies effectively
Proficiency in using office software and tools, such as Microsoft Office Suite
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
