Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative support, including answering phones, managing correspondence, and scheduling meetings and appointments
Prepare, proofread, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
Organize and maintain up-to-date filing systems for both paper and electronic records
Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements
Manage office supply inventory and handle vendor relationships
Assist with data entry and manage internal databases
Support other team members and departments as needed
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Associate’s degree or administrative certification preferred
Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar support role
Proficiency with office software such as Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Attention to detail and strong multi-tasking abilities
