Job Responsibility:

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to ensure efficient office operations
  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments for staff or executives
  • Prepare, format, and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional manner
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both physical and digital
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and maintaining databases
  • Support the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
  • Greet visitors and provide assistance as needed
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports when necessary
  • Assist with event planning, internal communications, and office coordination tasks

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred)
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar administrative role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and other office software
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable managing multiple tasks and prioritizing in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with office equipment (printers, scanners, copiers, etc.)
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems (e.g., filing, record-keeping, scheduling)
