Our client, an insurance company located in Boston, is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team for a 2+ month contract. This onsite position has hours from 9am-5pm and is compensating $26 an hour. The role supports both recruiting operations and company event logistics in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Job Responsibility:
Assist with company events, including setup, name badge preparation, and vendor coordination
Conduct reference checks by contacting references and completing required forms
Support the recruiting team with various ad hoc projects
Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely completion of tasks
Requirements:
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Professional phone etiquette and exceptional attention to detail
Experience in recruiting, HR support, or event coordination preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
