Job Responsibility:
Perform general office duties including answering phones, managing correspondence, and data entry
Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and assist in travel arrangements
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Support team projects and assist with special assignments as needed
Maintain an organized filing system (physical and digital)
Coordinate with vendors, clients, and staff to facilitate office operations
Requirements:
Previous administrative experience preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
