Robert Half is partnering with a downtown area client in the recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to support benefits and HR operations, office management and in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. This position plays an important role in keeping employee records organized, supporting HR Generalist with coordinating benefit-related activities, and ensuring day-to-day administrative tasks are handled efficiently and assisting c-suite with administrative and scheduling assistance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, comfortable working with HR systems, and able to manage schedules, onboarding support, and data accuracy in a fast-paced office environment. Job Responsibility:
Manage front office operations, including phone calls, mail distribution, and office supply inventory
Coordinate meeting rooms, schedules, and office logistics
Provide administrative support for HR and office functions by preparing documents, managing files, and assisting with routine inquiries
Schedule meetings, appointments, and onboarding sessions while keeping calendars aligned with team priorities
Work with internal stakeholders to resolve administrative issues and help improve coordination across department processes
Requirements:
Experience supporting benefits administration, HR coordination, or related administrative functions
Working knowledge of HRIS platforms and confidence navigating employee data systems
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage calendars, appointments, and multiple deadlines
Accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping, with careful attention to detail
Proficiency with general office administrative tasks and standard business software
