We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Administrative Assistants at our central Brighton campus. We are looking for a dynamic individual to be part of the team who deliver an outstanding service for staff, students, and our external partners. We are offering an interesting and rewarding experience within a varied, creative department and opportunities for you to develop your skills as part of a friendly and supportive team. It is a busy department with several work streams and events happening concurrently.
Job Responsibility:
Undertake a range of administrative duties to support curriculum teams and cross college initiatives
Provide administrative support to the Business Administration Manager, the Head of Learning and the Department Management team
Support evening or weekend events (as agreed in advance)
Requirements:
Ability to multi-task
Strong customer focus
Experience with administrative duties
Ability to interact with a variety of people and institutions (staff, students, parents, external suppliers, community, awarding bodies, local employers, stakeholders)
