Job Responsibility:
Accurately input and maintain data records, including client information and process files
Manage light client billing tasks with attention to detail and accuracy
Handle incoming calls and provide thorough responses to inquiries
Perform receptionist duties such as greeting visitors and managing correspondence
Utilize Microsoft Office tools to support administrative tasks effectively
Maintain organized filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents
Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless execution of office operations
Troubleshoot and resolve minor administrative issues independently
Ensure compliance with company policies in all administrative functions
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in an administrative or data entry role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry tasks
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple assignments
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
