Job Responsibility:
Manage day‑to‑day administrative tasks, including scheduling, email correspondence, and document preparation
Support leadership with calendar management, meeting coordination, and basic reporting
Provide customer service via phone, email, or in‑person communication
Assist with small business operations such as vendor coordination, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organization
Prepare invoices, track expenses, and support basic bookkeeping tasks
Help streamline processes and keep the team organized and efficient
Serve as a friendly, resourceful point of contact for clients, partners, and internal staff
Requirements:
Has experience supporting a small business or startup environment
