Foster positive client interactions by providing prompt, accurate updates and maintaining a welcoming front-desk presence

Requirements
At least 2 years of administrative support experience in a professional setting that requires strong attention to detail
Background in supporting client-facing staff in a fast-moving environment with shifting priorities
Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Strong organizational ability with a high level of accuracy, follow-through, and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills paired with a detail-focused and service-oriented approach
