We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team on a contract basis in Rancho Palos Verdes, California. Job Responsibility:
Provide administrative support by managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
Answer incoming calls with professionalism and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments
Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update organizational records
Handle receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing front desk operations
Organize and maintain office files, ensuring easy access to important documents
Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other business materials
Monitor office supplies and coordinate replenishment as needed
Support various administrative tasks to promote efficiency across the team
Collaborate with team members to ensure deadlines are met and projects are completed
Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information
Requirements:
At least 2 years of experience in administrative roles
Proficiency in answering calls and providing excellent customer service
Strong data entry skills with attention to accuracy and detail
Experience managing office tasks, including scheduling and organizing files
Familiarity with receptionist duties, such as greeting visitors and managing inquiries
Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
