Job Responsibility:

Handle incoming calls in a courteous and efficient manner, directing them to the appropriate departments or individuals

Assist in managing office supplies and coordinating inventory replenishment
Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a positive experience upon arrival
Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to important documents
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other necessary documents
Support team members with scheduling, calendar management, and meeting coordination
Collaborate with various departments to streamline communication and administrative processes
Requirements:
Proven experience in administrative assistance or a similar role
Strong proficiency in managing inbound calls and directing them effectively
Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Familiarity with data entry practices and the ability to maintain precise records
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Competence in receptionist duties, including welcoming guests and handling inquiries
Proficiency in using office equipment and software applications
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
