The Administrative Assistant will provide flexible administrative support across different departments for a private investment firm with over $100 billion in AUM specializing in global real estate and alternative assets.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain and manage calendars
Coordinate internal and external meetings including room reservation, equipment set-up, and meeting material preparation
Creating, maintaining, and editing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations
Process expense reports in Concur
Distribute mail to appropriate team members and process outgoing mail as necessary
Arrange all travel for executives including flights, hotels, car rentals, and car services through the travel desk
Answer all phone calls and assist directly when possible
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree required
4-6 years of admin experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Excellent research, writing, and communication skills
