Administrative Assistant position in the Administrative/Office Support team at GSBS Architects, an award-winning, inter-disciplinary design firm. The position is based in the Salt Lake City office and includes supporting both Fort Worth and Salt Lake City staff and projects.
Job Responsibility:
General office management and organization
Greeting office visitors
Answering phones
Scheduling
Assisting with conference room & lunch set up for meetings
Ordering supplies
Keeping the supply and break rooms stocked and tidy
Assisting project teams with formatting and assembling technical specifications
Distributing documents as needed
Requirements:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in a professional services environment (preferred)
Working knowledge of Adobe Acrobat and/or Bluebeam, Newforma, and Deltek Vantagepoint (preferred)
Nice to have:
