We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support daily office and administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibility:
Provide general administrative and clerical support
Answer phones, greet visitors, and manage front desk activities
Perform data entry, filing, and document management
Schedule appointments and assist with calendar coordination
Prepare reports, correspondence, and internal documentation
Assist with special projects as needed
Requirements:
Prior administrative or office support experience preferred
