Job Responsibility
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments
Answer phones and direct inquiries appropriately
Prepare reports, correspondence, and presentations
Maintain electronic and physical filing systems
Coordinate travel arrangements and expense reports
Assist with office supply management and vendor communication
Support leadership with special projects and administrative requests
Organize meetings, conference rooms, and company events
Maintain confidential information with discretion
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external contacts
Requirements
2+ years of administrative support experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook, Word, and Excel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
