Job Responsibility:
Answer incoming calls professionally, direct inquiries appropriately, and provide courteous front-desk support
Assist with general administrative duties that help the office run smoothly and efficiently
Process billing activities in QuickBooks with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
Maintain and update customer and vendor records to ensure information remains current and organized
Enter numerical and administrative data efficiently, using strong 10-key skills to support daily operations
Review figures carefully and apply solid math skills when preparing entries, checking totals, and resolving discrepancies
Update and manage Excel spreadsheets used for tracking business information and office workflows
Requirements:
Previous experience in an administrative, office support, or receptionist role
Proficiency in QuickBooks, including billing or invoice-related tasks
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel for maintaining and updating spreadsheets
Strong data entry skills, including speed and accuracy with 10-key entry
Good math aptitude and attention to detail when handling numerical information
Ability to manage inbound calls professionally while supporting multiple office tasks
Strong organizational skills and the ability to keep customer and vendor records up to date
