Job Responsibility
Welcome guests in a courteous manner and guide them to the appropriate contact or department
Provide day-to-day administrative support to help maintain efficient office operations
Prepare, edit, and format documents using word processing tools with accuracy and attention to detail
Organize, file, and retrieve records so information remains accessible and well maintained
Enter and update data in office systems while checking for completeness and accuracy
Assist with general back-office activities that support the needs of the team and office environment
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative assistant or office support role
Working knowledge of general administrative office procedures and back-office operations
Strong verbal and written communication skills
