Job Responsibility:
Enter work orders, customer requests, and operational data into internal systems accurately and efficiently
Maintain organized filing systems for job records, certifications, and administrative documentation
Support day-to-day office operations tied to field or production activities, ensuring smooth communication and workflow
Respond to customer and internal inquiries professionally via email and phone
Assist with scheduling, document preparation, and coordination of administrative tasks that support operational teams
Provide general administrative support to management and staff as needed
Requirements:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in administrative roles or sales support
Proficiency in post-sales support and order entry processes
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
